How we read Hudayriyat Island.
Hudayriyat is a sequence of distinct releases with substantial future supply. Apartment areas, townhome prices and large hillside villas should be compared within their own product groups; a single island-wide entry price obscures those differences.
Project pages are updated as launches, documents and resale opportunities become relevant to our clients.
Hudayriyat’s development story is built around sport, recreation and waterfront living. Surf Abu Dhabi, cycling infrastructure and the planned golf course form part of a much wider residential and leisure masterplan. Nawayef established the hillside villa proposition; Bashayer adds waterfront apartments and villas. Golf Estates extends the range around a planned 95-hectare course, while Wadeem Gardens brings 1,094 standalone villas to the Wadeem district.
