Al Ghadeer Gardens launched in May 2026 with 437 homes: 108 two-bedroom townhouses, 164 three-bedroom townhouses and 165 four-bedroom villas. The launch sold out, with parks, pools, sports facilities and landscaped community spaces forming the residential proposition. The location offers a different entry point from Abu Dhabi’s prime island launches. Scheduled handover is H2 2029, with 5% on booking, 50% during construction and 45% at handover.
