How we read Saadiyat Island.
Marsa introduces a substantial new supply chapter within an already established prime market. Talay and Talay Beach offer different delivery dates and settings, while Sei serves a separate apartment market.
We maintain selected projects and opportunities rather than attempting to cover every launch on the island.
Saadiyat combines beaches and established residential districts with the Cultural District and NYU Abu Dhabi. The Louvre anchors a wider museum and cultural setting that continues to develop. Marsa Al Saadiyat is the next major masterplan chapter, planned around coastline, beaches, a marina, schools and hospitality. Talay and Talay Beach are its early villa releases; Sei Saadiyat adds apartments and lofts in the Cultural District.
