Launched in April 2026, Sobha City is an AED 40bn, 38 million sq ft masterplan in Al Bahia with around 4,000 apartments, 2,500 villas and 80 mansions. 60% of the site is green space, with 50,000 trees. River Cove offers one- to three-bedroom apartments; The Terraces and The Orchard offer three- to six-bedroom villas.
