How we read Al Furjan.

Al Furjan is now a maturing community. The major projects launched in the last cycle have delivered: Murooj in 2024 and Tilal Al Furjan in 2025. The last major batch of Jebel Ali Village is now handing over, after completion in Q3 2026.

We were among the first agencies to market Al Furjan seriously and to spread its reach, and it is the reason we started Seeking Dubai in the first place. We remain very active across the community today.

    A community that has delivered

    Quortaj and Dubai Style (launched 2007, delivered 2012), Murooj (2024) and Tilal Al Furjan (2025) are complete, so buyers are choosing between finished homes rather than plans.

    Jebel Ali Village: the final batch

    Launched between Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 and completed in Q3 2026, Jebel Ali Village is handing over the last major batch of new homes in the community.

    Limited new supply

    Al Furjan West was sold as plots from 2011 and is now largely mature, with few new villas or plots coming through and limited transactions.
