Our view
How we read Wasl Gate.
Wasl Gate is one of the few places left on Sheikh Zayed Road with land for new homes. That is why we recommended Hillside in November 2023, and we were the largest-selling agency at its launch.
Wasl launches here have typically asked for a 5% down payment, with 60% due at handover. Hillside sold out across both releases, and South Garden followed as the next launch in September 2024. Today, homes at Hillside and Hammock Park are available through resale — ask us what is on the market.

A mixed-use master community of apartments, townhouses, retail and dining, built around a central park. Festival Plaza by Al-Futtaim sits at its front door, and Energy Metro Station on the Red Line is a short walk from the residential buildings. The community also has a dog park, school plots, and a temple, church, gurudwara and mosque close by. Dubai Marina and Palm Jebel Ali are about 10 minutes away, and Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City about 20.
