Our view
How we read Sun City.
We marketed Sun City at launch. Among DAMAC’s newer communities, it stood out to us for its smaller supply compared with larger developments such as DAMAC Islands and Riverside.
Its location next to Cherrywoods, with Mira and Mira Oasis nearby, was another reason we liked it. The launch payment plan also appealed to us, with 25% due on handover.
