Approximately 2,300 villas and townhouses were ready by September 2026, giving Emaar South an established residential base. Buyers can choose between completed homes available to view and properties with future handovers.
The golf course is expected to open in late 2026. Fairway Villas 2 is expected in 2027, followed by Fairway Villas 3 and Golf Lane in 2028.
