How we read Palmeira.

Palmeira is where The Oasis started, and it is the first part of the community to hand over. Palmeira 1 is expected in 2027, with Palmeira 2 and 3 following in 2028. That makes it the most practical way into The Oasis today: you buy close to completion, in the most established part of the master plan, instead of waiting years for the community to take shape.
It is also the most liquid part of the community. Palmeira has the strongest resale market in The Oasis, which gives buyers a real choice of villa, position and payment terms rather than waiting for the next developer release.
