Palace Villas Ostra is the Palace-branded, waterfront side of The Oasis: 526 four- to six-bedroom villas, launched alongside Address Villas Tierra in early 2025 on an 80/20 plan to September 2029.
Several deals have been done at the original price and below it since launch. We are now seeing more limited availability, with some resale activity across the cluster.
Project information is based on Emaar fact sheets held by Seeking Dubai. Developer renders are illustrative. Confirm current availability, completion timing and specifications for the individual property.
