How we read Mareva 1 & 2.
Last units · Mostly sold out
Mareva 1 & 2 is the latest Oasis release: 657 four- to six-bedroom villas around the community’s swimmable lagoons, launched in December 2025 and close to oversold before allocations even began.
It is now mostly sold out, with some limited units still available. The 80/20 plan runs to February 2030: 10% down, then instalments through construction and 20% on completion.
Project information is based on Emaar fact sheets held by Seeking Dubai. Developer renders are illustrative. Confirm current availability, completion timing and specifications for the individual property.
